Items purchased in a Black Beard Brigade Store, Events or elsewhere must be returned wherever purchased.
Items purchased via one of our partners must also be returned to that store. Please refer to each individual store return policy for details.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less $5.00 (re-routing fee). If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be a $9.99 charge ($5.00 re-routing fee and $4.99 shipping fee).
While we are unable to process new orders via the return process, if you wish to replace the item, please place another order online.
For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling).
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Black Beard Brigade, by sending an email to sales@BlackBeardBrigade.com and we will be happy to assist you. All emails will receive a response within 48 hours.
Cancellation PolicyPlease bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
