This Agreement contains the Wholesale Terms and Conditions that apply to each individual person or business that joins the Yulaw Naturals Wholesale Reseller Program (herein referred to as "Program"). As used in this Agreement, "we", "us", or "our" means Black Beard Brigade LLC, and "you", "your" or "Buyer" means the wholesale buyer. In case of breach of this Agreement, Black Beard Brigade LLC reserves the right to terminate the Buyer's enrollment in the Yulaw Naturals Wholesale Reseller Program at any time at the sole discretion of the company. By proceeding, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Wholesale Terms and Conditions:
1. BUYER ENROLLMENT
Wholesale applications will be assessed based on the compatibility of the individual business or online store with our brand and our products. Internet auctions (i.e., eBay) are not a preferred method of retail distribution and are prohibited. We do not approve websites not owned and operated by the Buyer (i.e., Amazon). We reserve the right to reject any Buyer's application at any time for any reason. We review every application. Wholesale customers must divulge the location(s) of their sales of our products. The Buyer must inform us during the wholesale application process or by email if the Buyer would like to add an additional venue after they have been approved as a wholesale reseller. We must approve the venue(s) before the product can be sold on the website(s) or physical location(s). Any non-approved venues may cause revocation in the Program, immediately and without any prior warning.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
- BULK: Pricing applies to quantities of 5 or more units
- PAYMENTS: We accept credit cards (Amex, Discover, Mastercard, Visa), PayPal, Amazon Pay, Venmo and most other methods of payment. Net 30 terms available after your 3rd order upon approval 50% deposit paid at the time of order, balance-billed upon shipping.
- CHARGEBACKS: Any wholesale customer chargebacks through PayPal or the credit card company will result in immediate removal from the Program. Reapplication for the Program in the future will be denied
- PRODUCT PRICING: All orders, including, but not limited to backorders, will be invoiced at the prices prevailing at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to change our wholesale pricing at any time without notice. Products cannot be sold below 10% of the suggested retail price.
3. PROCESSING TIME
Orders ship within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of the order. Orders shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx throughout the U.S. and Canada. International shipping available as well. Wholesale customers will automatically be listed on our website. If you do not wish to be listed, please inform us by sending a message using the contact form on the Contact Us page of our website.
